Free shipping on every order
Every Wristwell order ships free within the United States. No minimum order required.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, up to 5 business days.
- Shipping: 3–5 business days once shipped.
- Total: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can add extra time.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Packaging
Your order ships from our U.S. fulfillment partner and may arrive in the partner's shipping packaging.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us at support@wristwell.us . We'll work with the carrier and, if it can't be found, send a replacement or refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away.
